Eastern
Kentucky University has a required Orientation Program for all new freshmen.
The Orientation Program enables new Eastern Kentucky University students
to meet with faculty, staff, and student advisors to acquaint themselves
with Eastern's campus and services and to register for their first semester
courses.
Please remember you must be admitted to Eastern Kentucky
University before you can participate in orientation or transfer advising
and registration. (see ADMISSIONS).
Once officially admitted to EKU, an orientation or an advising and registration
invitation will be sent to you. In addition, if you are a freshman,
you will need to send a copy of your high school transcript to EKU before
attending the orientation session, unless you attend in April!!. If
you are a transfer student, all materials from previous institutions
should be submitted for review prior to your advising and registration
day.
You must attend orientation
at the campus where you will be taking classes. Please choose the
campus you will be attending for complete orientation information.
If you have additional Orientation questions, please e-mail:
